Refund policy

We want you to love your MatchaMind purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumables), we can only accept returns for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival.
If this applies to your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@matchamind.co.uk, including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

Once your return or issue has been approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days (UK only), please contact us at orders@matchamind.co.uk and we’ll look into it with our courier.
We cannot be held responsible for delays once an item is in transit, but we’ll always help resolve the issue where possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
