Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Delays or Issues

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, occasional postal delays can occur that are outside our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please email orders@matchamind.co.uk with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
